I drove to the end of my street and there was a stop sign. I wondered if there was traffic 1 mile ahead so I got out of the truck and walked 1 mile up the road and found out the traffic was really busy; too busy to drive up there. So I walked back the the truck and then put the truck in reverse, and backed all the way to my house.

Problem solved.

yeah rev that motor to redline before the piston rings can even have a chance to expand and seal combustion gasses from escaping into the crankcase. adding harmful combustion byproducts to your oil and tightening small clearances and oil passages throughout the engine block.
