lol people still record their TVs when making GTa Videos, get a capture card people, but another way of getting back in that secret area, the way I do it is get an ambulance and back it up to the wall beside the dumpsters not jump up on thr hood of the ambulance and then to the roof now youll need to get a running start now jump up to the top of the wall it may take a few tries but keep trying when u get over there go to the end and youll see the message, to get out take the ramp up

you are right some cameras can record great of TVs but HD cameras and LCD screens work the best for screen capture with a camera, theres a vid of rapper soulja boy on here and hes playing saints row on xbox 360 and the quality is pretty good for cap from a TV screen with a camera

well different cameras use differenr frame rates and the results differ on TVs, if you have a good camera and an LCD screen youll get great results like filming something playing on an LCD monitor using macro mode b/c LCD monitors dont refresh by flickering like a CRT does and the camera just sees a normal image

oh come on. why go through all that trouble to find that sign when there's a much easier way? just type the giveusatank cheat, drive the tank next to the wall with graffiti, park it there. then take a kuruma or any car,park it next to the tank. jump on the kuruma and then jump on the tank, and from the tank's turret jump past the wall. from there go to the sign. its that simple!

OMG...wot a hard way of doing it....m8...all you need is a ambulance...line it up against the wall.... mite a second car aswell....jump onto the 1st car....jump onto the bonnet on the ambulance...then get on the top of it....and then ur high enuf to jump the wall....u dnt need to do all that shit...walking along walls....
