  • Nice shaper knives, I didnt see any burns in the panel raise cut.

  • Well, I am NOT using my shaper again until I get one of those power feeder gizmos!!!

  • Thank you for the clip, it helped with my project. I did not know that you can do that with a shaper.

  • After watching this I want one now.

  • Thats Fantastic, My wife and I do a lot of home remodelnig and we could use that skill for panels for formal dining rooms, entrys etc. you got skills

  • Nice to see a production machine in operation. I take several passes to rout a raised panel as demonstrated here. The operator is getting a workout as I was tired out for an hour after routing the same ogee profile on 2 12" x 35" panels for my latest cabinet.

  • Thanks for the comment, we will soon be switching over to a CNC router.

No more workout for the operator, and higher production.

  • is it sanding it smooth?

  • No it is not , the cutters are carbide turning at 10,000 RPMs.

Thay are sharp enough to leave it smooth with no sanding.

    Thanks for the comment.
