i remember the arcadia ballroom in st. louis on olive st. a dilapidated reminder of much better days. wished i could have pounded the parquet in its prime. love this recording; it is my favorite of theirs....thanks.
Thanks--it's my favorite too, very hot! It's sad and depressing to hear of these once beautiful places being in states of dilapidation. I just don't understand why beauty can't be recognized and saved for the future--I now it's all bottomline inspired.

Indeed a very hot group. I'm sure the older generation in '24 was quite scandalized by records such as this.
