@TEMPHUiBIS This is the tasting menu at the fat duck. It cost £150 for the 16 courses.

I could not eat it, but my dining mates said that it was very tasty, and luscious. The vanilla and liquorice really brought out character.

They grated dried liquorice.
@smsashkenaz that's interesting they served it differently to when we were there. I don't remember them grating anything onto the plate or anything. The liquorice was just in the coating around the salmon and it was a very faint flavour.
