I followed ur instructions. I went into my pc, looked for common files folder, looked for the apple folder, but when I check in the folder it doesn't have that folder u showed on ur video. What gives?

  • If you have a 64 bit Windows OS then go to Local Disk or you hard drive and go to Program Files (x86) and then go to the Common File and Apple and you should find the Apple Application Support .
