Are u too ashame to accept that the fact is clear to Sporeans that prostitution is legal in Spore. But with certain controls, among them these prostitutes must carry a health label that they are free from HIV and they must operate within the inner premises of those license brothels.
But the police have very little power on their activities, once the police were gone, the prostitudes will come out to the streets again.
