Year year, i know this is a miserable shoot...

It is the first shoot with my new machine, no grinder and no fresh bean...

I have learn ! I use fresh roast coffe, a grinder and i have a beautiful crema now !

and adjust the grind and tamp harder. the shot is extracting much too fast. if you find a good coffee shop then they will give you some pointers.

Please get some fresher beans next time. And extract less.... much less for that matter
