Thank you for being so open and honest and for sharing Cameron's story. I can't imagine the pain you feel. I just hope I never have to go through the same thing as a parent. Keep telling your story if it helps you, i'm sure somehow you will be helping others.
It's troubling when this starts happening to the younsters in your community. I've had three friends lose their first born sons to this exact same thing...the stories are incredibly similar. Everyone needs to have a talk with their kids and tell them that if you do heroin, you will just do it until it kills you. That's all you'll want, that's all you'll care about, and you will find it and do it until it kills you, end of story. And whoever is furnishing it needs to be stopped immediately.
