  • I have puffiness in my cheeks(the part under my eye area) cause by my sinuses.

Will doing this get rid of that and make my face normal again?

  • im scared to use mine n my sinuses are killing mee! does it hurt?

  • Looks like you need some help from behind, just to help hold the pot of course.

  • It looked like she was putting a cock up her nose.

  • .....well that was different

  • Wow, that was kinda hot.

  • You somehow made this attractive.

  • your cute

  • id let her irrigate my sinuses.... hey ooo

  • Eww, just saw it on Cougar Town, it's so gross... can't stand the thought of something going in one nose and out the other

  • @JMason1984:

    You have two noses?

  • I hope YOU have a great day!

  • @clickclickcrash And i hope YOU have a great day, TOO.

  • Thank God for YouTube and all the wonderful things it can show you.

  • I have watched a ton of these vids too...working up the nerve to use my own...and i don't know why i keep watching them either...its funny..yeah that's it...its funny!

  • shes hot :-)

    oh what was she promoting?

  • cutest nostril cleansing video I've ever seen......

  • umm.. eww?

  • does it help with your lisp ?

  • I just tried mine tonight, kinda soothing in a messed up way.

  • I like your weirdness.

  • i was going to fuck you but you fucked up all your chances by doing that netti pot thingy,

  • lol i dont have nasal prob but this is like the 6th netti pot video ive watched, lol why do people post all of these.... and why am i watching them

  • @realclay same

  • @realclay probably for people like me, who have a neti pot but are afraid to use it!

  • I actually just got a neti pot and i was afraid to use it, but now i think i will try it it doesnt look as bad as a i thought!

  • ROFL @ netwitted "snot.. as bad as I thought" that's a good one. hahahaha.

  • This is the hottest demonstration of nasal irrigation I have ever seen.

  • That was sexy.

  • you shouldn't blow your nose like that with the solution still in your sinuses... read the box. It could kinda mess you up.

  • does it feel weird? what does it feel ike?

  • can be painfull first time but i use those sticks you use to clean your ears and afther doing it a couple times it will feel clean and less pain

  • @superE230 You feel a little bit of pressure behind your eyes... but its not like in a swimming pool--- you know, when it burns? The saline solution has the same pH as your body tissues, so its all good.

  • TITS OR FO :(

  • If you happen to be in Amsterdam , I would love to take you out on a nice date.

    You are really exeptionally cute!

  • I dont know why but even while pouring a weird teapot down her nose i find this girl rather attractive.

  • Can I use my nan's tea pot?

  • may be Charles should of watched this first...

  • you kinda look like emily osment

  • why does she look familiar....?

  • your pretty cute ;)

  • Hey, don't put it in your ear, it will go straight through out the outher ear, there's nothing in between your ears to stop it!

  • @KefirGrain

Before I read the comments, I was thinking the same thing to myself. LOL

  • thanks for the demo. I've found saying "saltwater" is what it should be filled with is not really misleading but it is lacking important detail. If you do opt to use regular table salt in lieu of actual water additive designed for neti pots, be careful not to use more than a few grains of salt per pot. Too much salt will def. cause severe irritation/pain, defeating the purpose. p.s- the best neti pots are made of glazed ceramic because they are the most impervious to bacteria andsurface residue

  • wow, nice video! I just recently bought my Nose Bidet from Urban Monk Shop on Amazon.. Nose bidet's are awesome!!! It really really works !

  • ROFLMAO!!!!

  • Thanks - now I am not so scared to try it...

  • And it's supposed to clean out your head...

  • your sinuses

  • why do people think any ditsy blond is hot?

  • Because they usually are.

  • oh that is soooo funnny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!hhaaahhhaaahhhhaaaaa

  • you remind me of emily osment

  • I was JUST thinking the same thing!

  • my eyes are watery ):

  • wow im jealous of you. lol your really pretty!

  • 'snot as bad as I thought

  • @netwitted LOL

  • you look like hannah montana's friend of that show....lily? lol

  • I've tried everything to help me stop snoring, this is the only thing that actually worked. I use only water and it gets the job done for me.

  • @Sheak04 pure water actually hurts a little when used for neti. Adding a little salt and/or even a pinch of pure baking soda prevents any pain or discomfort to the delicate mucus membrane. It has to do with the right balance of the sodium mineral/element... but don't just take my word for it... try it and see

  • that was hot, total schwing

  • Snot Rocket!!!!!!

  • thats it hurt your nasal passages?

  • lukewarm water with the right concentration of sea salt. it does not hurt

  • wow your beautiful can i get your number

  • Cutie!

  • LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks! I just tried using my Neti Pot and it was really fun.

  • Yes this ancient exercise works wonders...there is also a 2nd part and that is called Vyutkrama once uv finished doing both nostrils fill the pot up again and repeat again but this time as the water flows into the other nostril gently inhale sniff backwards to bubble the water in and spit it out of ur mouth this is an even more powerful exercise than the usual Jal Neti and will cure all ur nose related problems guaranteed

  • clean the powders out lol

  • can i get yo numba?

  • at first I didn't know it was suppose to come out the other nostril until I did it a couple more times. This is very educational but you are brave to do t his on You Tube! Hugz Candy

  • Just tried it. It feels good aftewards! :)

  • I wonder if my roomie would get pissed if she caught me using the teapot in our kitchen.

  • lol

  • hahahahaha it cleans out your head?! really?? your head??

  • Colloquialism.

  • @Doug5407 the easiest way to brainwash yourself!

  • the mucus in your nose is there to prevent you from getting sick. it's kind of like douching too much. be careful!

  • you gooo girl!!!

  • you should have had a giant fake booger ready to hang from your nose after blowing, that would have gotten you a million hits

  • not only informative but that girl is really hot

  • You are a beauty! The reason for making this video what it is

  • thats sick

  • yer rly hot =D

and ive been using that for a while too... altho if u have a cold and yer nose hurts from blowing yer nose all day, it hurts to use the neti pot T.T... other than that it works well... and yer hot =D pm me plz!

  • your a cutie

  • Comment removed

  • uummm I bought it a week ago and it seems to work for me !!

  • Tried it over and over.

Gives me a headache ( like an ice cream headache) and water does not come out of my other nostril.

There must be a reason so will stop using it

  • ausmatilda2009 I am glad I believed all the hype about this old fashioned trick because it beats the tar out of medicines. The blockage happened 2 me too because I had swollen nasal passages at the time. A few days later I tried it again & it worked great. Make sure u dissolve 1/2 teaspoon in 8 oz of very warm water because your body is used to warm saline body fluids. Ta da, give it a few sincere tries; yer bod will b all the better 4 it. No more coughs, colds, sinusitis or allergies 4 me!

  • Hello

I use a similar product from my chemist. I do use the salt solution as well. Water does not come out of my other nostril.

I have stopped using it as I believe there must be a blockage

  • The blockage of yer nose holes is called SNOT.

    Warm water ought to help.

Also, keep the remaining amount of WARM water in your sinus about 15 seconds by keeping your head tilted in a relaxed position, breathe through your mouth, and THEN take a deep breath, plug one nose hole with your hand, and blow the water out the other nose hole. Repeat but do it with the OTHER nose hole this second time.

  • Try it again, but THIS TIME, USE WARM WATER. If the temperature is comfortable when dripped onto your wrist, it is the right temperature for your nose. You're getting the ice cram headache because the cold water you are using is shocking the Vagus Nerve.

Also, you MUST use warm water, because it is the VAPOR from the warm water that helps to loosen the thick snot wayy up in the sinus, and then you WILL SEE the snot when you blow yer nose into the sink multiple times. One nose hole at a time.

  • Hi did all of the above. Warm water etc

I have a sinus problem and have stopped using it until I see a ENT specialist.

I had an icecream headache the other day having a coffee which is hot. not cold of course. So I am off to the specialist

  • Yeah, prolly best to see the doc.

You know what works when I don't have my neti pot, ALMOST as good? Take a nice WARRRM shower, so as to let the warm water vapor take it's time to loosen up the snot. Then just bend over , close off one nostril at a time, and gently but deliberately blow the snot through the open LOWER nostril. A few minutes later, repeat by closing off the other nostril. Snot will come out. Wet your two index fingers and GENTLY rinse nostrils with your wet fingers, repeat.

  • Here you are correct, steam and water droplets in the air help loosen snot as you so eloquently put it. Only one question... which is the lower nostril?

  • Notice @ 0:47 how the girl has positioned her head, properly tilted to one side while dripping the neti pot water, so that one nostril is lower than the other nostril? That's what I referred to in the other post on this same vid.

  • Yep! I understand it now! Makes sense when one looks at it like that. I just could not for the life of me figure where the upper nostril would be!

  • Nothing personal Spidey but... If you shock your vagus nerve with a netti pot you are most assuredly doing something besides pouring water through your nasal cavity. The nerve responsible for the Ice Cream Headache is called the trigeminal nerve. And dear spidey man the "vapor" you speak of is also not part of the process. The danger in saying so is someone is going to decide to use water hot enough to see actual vapor and then we got some serious problems.

  • I realized just after posting this one, that I was incorrect on the Ice Cream Headache nerve. My Badd.

I use water that is between 115 - 120 Fahrenheit as measured with my food thermometer, and I warm the water 6 cups at a time with my electric tea kettle. The major important thing is TO NEVER RELY ON A THERMOMETER! Always feel the water on your hand to make CERTAIN the temperature of the salty water is comfortable for you before you neti pot your sinuses. Common sense MUST be practised.

  • No problem. I would agree with the never rely on the thermometer too, some might find 120 Fahrenheit extremely uncomfortable.

  • Yeah, i gree. Sometimes I noticed that the springy action of the food thermometer is somewhat sticky action, and so, good people of YourTube, HEAR ME...

NEVER RELY ON THE MEASUREMENT OF A THERMOMETER OR OTHER DEVICE, when safety is concerned!!

I only mention this technique, because upon waking from sleep, I use this method day in and day out. But i ALWAYS feel the water temp with my hand before pouring it into my nose. between 115 - 120 F is my own target temp. Use what is comfortable.

  • This is whut I LOVE about YourTube.

We can collectively actually help people out with various techniques of doing things.

We can also collectively help to clarify potentially dangerous info from a post whose original intention was given to instruct or help out fellow viewers.

We are good people. Thanks for being there for us, BadSmaxx. Have a good day.

  • @DancingSpiderman You can also get your helpful posts buried under tons of other comments, to a depth which most viewers won't go! =P No offense or anything. I think the channel owner ought be able to mark "relative comments" that stick to the top like top-rated.

  • weird.

  • i know this product might help others i thought it was at first but now i had to stop i started getting bad headaches and now the bridge of my bose is goofed up by which i mean aching. ANYONE HAVE any these things happen once using neti pot a few times?

  • Mmmm... do I smell a class action lawsuit?

  • I have the same neti poy that she is using in the video, I was getting a sinus infection and my doctor didnt want me on antibiotics AGAIN, well let me just say the neti pot is cool and all but its not helping me at all....my congestion gets worse after i use it. It doesnt seem to be stopping the sinus infection... Sudafed is working better. I havnt gotten pain from it yet but Ive read countless comments about people experiencing pain and worse congestion, water in the ears, vertigo.

  • whoa typo, poy haha, man that makes me look like a dinglebat, anyways, i blame my hilarious typo on my severe congestion. its clogging up my brain now.....

  • which one of the sudifed you using thats helping????

  • the old kind, pseudoephedrine, you have to get it at the pharmacy and you sign waivers saying you wont make meth out of it. The new formula is junk it doesnt help at all

  • If meth can be made out of pspeudosephedrine, I bet I could make a BONG out of a neti pot..

    Don't bogart the bong-water, dude...

  • sir, you can make a bong out of anything if you try hard enough. I wont tell anyone if you try haha.

  • see yes exactly. When i got the neti pot I was all excited that I could even do it right, and was geeked on using it aND HOPEFULLY HAGVING IT HELP ME, AND then all a sudden man bridge of nose is hurting and terrible headaches (I didnt have all thios till i started using it thats why i stopped using it. Thanks for the comment back. I do apreciate hearing others.

  • Sounds like either you :

    1) forgot to use non-iodized salt, or

    2) forgot to STIR the water with the salt in it, or

    3) used water that is too cold, or

    4) did not use the right amount of non-iodized salt.

Doing any one of these will cause pain when you flow the water through yer nose holes.

  • Thank you for the great demo.. it was helpful!

  • You are kinda cute except for the whole teapot in the nose thing...anywho, will you date my friend tony? Look him up on facebook. Anthony Rezac Fargo ND.

  • Thank you for getting the courage up to show youtube viewers how to use a neti pot.

Being pretty, you make it easier to watch too.

  • "You never know what might happen."

  • your hot
