its normally lower class bogan scum who call frankston a shit hole!!! people dont realise that most of the filth come from other suburbs to "hang" here, frankston south is probably one of the nicest suburbs in melbourne, muliti-million dollar homes and good decent people. It cant be too bad, it has a pretty impressive list of well known residents, priministers, authors, actors, and even uk dj carl cox has recently bought a holiday house here.
