  • wo kann man suchen das man vielleicht was findet, interessier mich voll dafür.

  • nice find... all my dad and i ever found were some shell casings and shrapnel

  • WOW a 30mm Klein Panzerfaust, very rare find What do you do with them?

  • Geez, the only things I find with my metal detector are cans, pull tabs and bottle caps :-(

  • ben je zelf nederlands?

  • Interesting video but must be potentially dangerous handling those old munitions..

  • Dear commenters:

Please stop giving me advise on how I should handle these things unless you are an EOD specialist.

I get a lot of reactions from what it seems ,American viewers who have no expertise at all. In this case those comments are really annoying.

I know the dangers and I know the risks. Please stop telling me.

  • @DerHasensprung Have you ever found human remains ? And how do you know where to look ?

  • @RebelSonBand

I myself not. But I know people who have.

  • @DerHasensprung Do you know the German war-grave accisation ? Your freinds should remember to report when somethiong human comes up.How do you know where to look ? To find an area where battle took place isnt too difficult, but where do you start ? Im seriously thinking about trying this detecting, you see.. :)

  • @RebelSonBand

Indeed I know the German WGA. We don't take it lightly in the case human remains come up. If this happens we stop digging en notify the Police immediatly. Then the Grave Service from the Royal Dutch Army comes to take this remains. The remains get Identified ( or not) and will be reburied at German War Cemetry Ysselsteyn.

    Where to look?

Just look in books, local archives en ask old people where something may happened. Then try the smaller woods ( not the big ones).

  • @DerHasensprung Im very happy to hear you would treat remains with respect..In my country Denmark there was,as you know, also heavy wehrmacht activity. But there never was any fighting, like in the Nederlands..So human remains,no way, weapons like the faust, very unlikely, but I have seen mines, lots of mines here, and things like helmets.Interesting as well, just havent really try my luck yet.:)

You must come across ALOT of capsels and other junk as you search ??

  • ich will och mit (;

  • idiots never toucht this things

  • I hate yo SO much for digging them up and blowing them up! :@ The're fucking historical objects!!!

  • I think that it was stupid that you took granades out of the ground

  • I found 3 of those panzerfausts. adrenalin rush i tell you

  • People ask me questions like, what did you do with these things. Where did you find them..

You can see this all in the film, So please don't ask these questions and just watch the whole movie.

    Thank you

  • If I was a kid I was in the Holidays in a tent camp and my best friend found a German Panzerfaust 100M in the mud.

  • World at War?

  • @ximowilson

    Yes.

  • @ximowilson but it's from black ops too

  • very interesting! where is this area??

  • @skallisippe

    Holland

  • You do know that that stuff can still blow up after all these years. People are still finding live bombs from the first world war.

  • @timthompsno19799

I know... trust me, I know

  • @DerHasensprung just like rednecks know how to work with guns

  • @DerHasensprung And still you are messing with them...not so clever ... but then again, it's your life ...

  • @fencingderek arnt you nice, fucking mong.

  • lol the whole video i was thinking of how the heck to deactivate them. I like the solution!

  • @DUK3NUK3M1

    Lol, you don't ;)

  • @DerHasensprung You're right!! they would look much better on your wall !!!!!! Just not above a fireplace :P

  • @SUNSETRETREATSXM

  • do you find stuff often and where do you have the biggest chance to find some?

  • @M1LS572

I do not find stuff often, you really have to look for it.

I search on former europian battle fields, that's where you can find stuff like this.

  • @M1LS572 You need luck and on teh internet you can find battle reports and maps.

Also in books you can find interesting places to go searching.

  • Those panzerfausts look like they were buried on purpose the way they are arrainged together like that. This must be fun to do!

  • @PotatoGunsRule

We found wood remains beside the panzerfausts that suggest they had been lying in a wooden ammunition box.

It is indeed a great hobby .

  • WOW... wow wow wow, I envy you so much!

  • @Zeanu

Thank you. It was a great find.

  • @DerHasensprung Ah, you're... welcome? I have a deactivated faustpatrone shell and a passed-down WW1 stick grenade. I wish to own certain amazing relics myself. Oh, mind I ask what movie the first sound file's from? Sounds very familiar. ''DECKUUUNG!''

  • @Zeanu

That's nice. Do watch out with these kind of relics, I don't know where you from but in the Netherlands these are illegal to hold in a collection without special permission.

The sound is from Der Untergang or downfall.

  • @DerHasensprung I appreciate the concern. I'm quite covered. And ah, Der Untergang - yes. I thought so. Amazing film. Well, thank you for showing these finds!
