  • Kamiya's words are a bit like Deja Vu to me; in an early chapter of the manga "REC" there's a similar conversation between Aka (a seiyuu) and Yoshioka (her manager) where Yoshioka tells Aka that about 10000 people graduate from Seiyuu schools every year and only about 1 or 2 of those become seiyuu. The numbers are a bit different according to Kamiya, but it's still a similar idea.
