  • Uhhhmmmmm, biceps? No seriously, even as a slight stabilizer, it won't "work" it and besides, this is a MACHINE - moving the muscles in a linear fashion, requiring no stabilizer activity. Arms are still way too wide. Shoulder width if you can make that happen on the machine. No lock outs, 321 tempo, focus on intensity.
