  • where is a good place to store it?

  • Great Video

  • I would suggest buying Canadian maples. They are more pure than the American silver coins

  • I also reccomend MPM

  • @UnnamedThinker actually that was a pump and dump exposed by Petr Schiff

  • @thomasdangerpowers What do you mean? i ordered from there and they didnt scam me? they are still in business.

  • @UnnamedThinker MPM Mega Precious Metals? if not sorry I might have screwed up

  • @thomasdangerpowers monarch precious metals, lol.

  • I thought American Eagles could only be made from domestic silver?

  • What is the name of the Android app you are using?

  • @Frdmstang It's called the "kcast gold live! widget" by kitco

  • @thebumproject Thanks! I saw there is both an app and a widget. They are both free to download and so far seem to work very well.

  • Best video on the web on the subject. Everything A Grade

  • @Cnotzable

    Thank you for the feedback!

  • I bought that same scale. It comes in very handy.

  • Great video for new people getting in to physical Silver... Good Job..

  • Silver blanks are coming from Europe and Australia to make the "American" eagles. Supposedly the US mint can't get enough from "US" mines to keep up with demand. I believe I read that from an article published by "Wealthwire".. Anyhow, so much for the "Law" if that's true....

  • @lowpross11

hmmm... very interesting,.. I've never heard of this

  • @thebumproject Heard of what?

  • @thebumproject

Thank you so much for the wonderful tips. The Jewelry stored was nice enough to exchange it for me with a shiny one that is sealed. Thanks again.

  • Great video and awesome point about the declaration. Keep on stacking!

  • I bought one but later I found out that it has brown spots, the guy is not taking it back saying that it was oxidized and the value is the same. Is he correct? Thanks.

  • @ellie3637

Hey- he's right, silver is silver, and silver does tarnish. There are ways to remove the brown spots, but do your research because some methods are riskier than others. If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much about it and let it sit.

  • @ellie3637

It can happen, it shouldn't be brown but dark grey, buy a silver polishing cloth and polish it, it should come up shiny, silver is the most reactive metal, it reacts to touch, humidity and more, so keep it in a sealed container and touch it with a cotton cloth.

  • Thanks!

  • Absolutely great starter video!

  • when i bought 2lbs of silver i though i had maybe made a mistake...........HELL NO, keep printing and it will keep rising in value nomatter what price.

  • @garysquirrelreviews

Yes, silver is one of those investments that can go north, in many different situations of the economy. If we see the economy thrive, consumer/industrial demand rises = silver goes up. If we see hyperinflation = silver rises. If we see deflation, initially silver could take a hit, but the deflationary spiral can set up the foundation of significant PM growth. In our current supply demand situation, It's hard to go wrong with silver, especially if you hold it long enough

  • @999SoundMoney

    thanks!

  • Don't forget to get your dimes and quarters to use for buying things when the dollar collapses.

  • @silverexplosion for sure

  • good job on your video!

  • @pkimrey

    thanks!

  • Great video! Simple and informative.

  • @greenerpastures1000 thx for the feedback!

  • What year is the panda dan? Someone on TFMetal was going about how he hawks panda's on ebay. 100 bucks in some cases

The coin in the upper left, I thought it was the back of a franklin half until you picked it up. What is it?

My thoughts: couple hundred dollars face of 90% for a barter scenario, the rest ASE or Maples for building wealth. The 90% buy back price from local dealers is pretty lousy (from what I hear, I dont own any precious metals because I'm very poor ,jobless and whatnot)

  • @lilbromarky1

Hey- LM, The upper left coin is a generic round, it's stamped "The International Silver Trade Unit" on the back, I'm assuming that's the mint. I have a few pandas, most of them are 2010 - 2011. I bought them for about $40 - 42 a piece when spot was $40 and silver was making it's huge run up back in april. Which was weird that the guy was willing to part with it for that little because he knew exactly what was going on in the market and the premiums that these coins fetched.
