My mind has been "jogged" on this query, by the friend who was at my side at the time of shooting. I remember now asking her what her name was and she definitely told me "Satya" in a foreign accent, though she doesn't sound it when talking to the audience at the end of the video!
I have been back to the same spot in London three times, and unfortunately still haven't managed to see these two gals again. I agree that the girl seated watching the other here, maybe Lisa Lottie, but not sure. The venue is Jubilee gardens.on the South bank, which is undergoing some alterations right now in preparation for the 2012 Olympics.
What I meant is that there's another YouTube video where the two of them are doing a duet. Part of the beauty of their performances is their choice of music and how the music and dance fit together.
Thanks. I've seen another YT video of Lisa performing at exactly the same place that this video was shot: on London's South Bank, but I thought that Lisa was/is American? At least that's how she sounds in that other video! I must remember to post the stills I took when i spoke to the lovely lass in this vid.
@mikesey1 I'm pretty sure she's not American, and the reason I say that is that in the YouTube video entitled Hula Hoops Street Dancer in London she does quite a lot of talking, and her accent there is definitely UK, maybe English, maybe Australian, especially her pronunciation of O.K. Is that the video you mention?
Satya is not eastern european. She is definitely Australian.

Lisa Lottie is Dutch. Via the Netherlands. She just has a American-y accent to her english...
