I quit smoking in January. I decided I was worth it and my life had value and merit. (OK, plus I didn't want to suffer, gasping for breaths and have a tube crammed up my nose to get oxygen to my lungs. I just went through that with my dear old sweet mother in the hospital. It broke my heart)
