ok I missed all the master episodes expect one so can anyone tell me why he can fly and has laser hands ect- I know all timelords get a variety of mental "prowess" gifts but why does that master have all of them at one time at such a crucial regeneration. Prob time council fuckery I dunno lol

@wvboarder2005 A group of people tried to bring "Harold Saxon" aka the Master back to life after he was killed by his wife Lucy. They needed the Master's DNA which was on Lucy's lips from various kisses. Things didn't go as planned and Lucy threw a bottle of something or another to prevent the Master from coming back to life. His life force was weak hence the eating of people, his skull fading into view, and his glowish hands :D hoped this helped

Has anyone noticed how the young Master has blue eyes, but the older one has brown eyes? (Or is that just because he regenerated? Hmm... now, that's a possibility I hadn't thought of before!)

@Amberleaf29 It's regeneration. He also has black hair as a kid. Time Lords change everything about them (except gender, memories, and a few fundamental personality traits) when they regenerate.
