I've seen some of the larger chunks of gold taken from the East Fork however it looks from your video that you're outside of the permitted area -- and might have built a rock dam across the stream. }:-}

Part of the volunteer work that the Forest Service has to organized are unpaid volunteers who clean up after miners and other visitors who dam the streams and rivers. When I tear them apart the clowns often yell, "hey, mother fucker!" and other things but us volunteers ignore them. }:-}
