"I'd like to see them stick to one material because their manufacturing is not up to par to make this work right" oh it works fine, come on now! nice review never the less, thanks for showing the knife.
After watching your review a couple days ago, I got it in my head that MAYBE I could figure out a way to use some kind of material as a seperator between the handle material. Would be an interesting project.
(yeah, that's what I need... one more knife project...)
ANYway, so, I ordered one!
Then came back to sub you, so when the knife arrives in the mail, when my wife yells at me, I can blame you! :D Ta-da!
@xiuxiu1313 Arrived yesterday! Your reviews was right on. Larger / heavier than expected, perfect fit for my hands. I like the blade geometry, comfortable ramp, thick liner locks at about 35%. As for the finish: Yep. Stains on the blade, scuffing on the scales, knicks and dirt on the liners. It's a working knife then, not a closet queen. Good! It's a a lot of knife for the money.
I'm glad my review was able to prepare you for what you were getting. Overall I love this knife, it's just a shame, cause a little more investment in material, fit and finish, and quality assurance and I think Meyerco would have one break out knife for them
Mine was pretty much the same way, if you run your fingers down the grinds of the knife you can feel its uneven and my lockbar was all the way to the left when I opened it the first time. I think Kirby should have gone with a different company for his first collab
This is actually a good way to get the feel for a Lambert before shelling out 500 bucks for one. I might pick up one of these. Great review brother.

@xiuxiu1313 I'm gonna pick one of these up it looks comparable to a Tenacious in quality ,would you trade this?

@CutleryNovice
I think the only way I would trade this, is if I happen to pick up a real Lambert custom. But if I change my mind Ill let you know.

Yes, this one is not bad. I really think Meyerco could become quit the company if they play their cards right.
