This has to be the most depressing skit in the history of comedy. Seriously, did they have to end the skit with a shot of a cancer-stricken girl petting her dead cat like it's all she has left in this world?

This is the best gross sketch that MadTV ever put out. When the girl pets the goo, it hits the apex of MadTV's best/nastiest sketches. And it's beautiful. I miss Pat Kilbane.
