its a freeware fighting engine where you can download characters (chars) for it

its buggy sometimes but still good fun to play

You can even download street fighter and mortal kombat fighters

Kazzmer 13 even made mortal kombat characters with it that do fatalities.

most torrents you find will have a ton of characters with it already, but you may want more.
