He used an auto-switcher. You can tell by the switches at 2:37 and 3:05.

He's using the same invy of supplies. You can also tell by his XP counter and he's still talking to "LIL WILLIS". Either way, those two switches are clicks in the exact same spots ;). I didn't know Jagex gave the hammer for using switchers :o
