He said "Man I came back to vote a couple of times." clarified= Sir, I came back, a few times to vote cause the line was long. Listen to the reports last comment he said the lines were long and you decided to come back.

I think you're looking too much into that mans comment. I beleive he meant to say he came out to check the long lines a couple of times. It's called a slip of which is easy to do when you're not use to being on t.v.
