sometimes i start off with the empty lot and build off of it... thats what i did for this house

i'd say your way of doing the basement [with the foundation] seems a lot easier than doing the stair first and then the whole mapping it out.. cos really, that is a pain. i never know how i want it. lol. love your videos, pretty bad ass houses. i wish i was that g, lmao.
