ok for everyone still using mpc DOWNLOAD ADVANCED MARIO SEQUNCER just search it on google its sooo much better you dont have to rename it just put it in a file and hit import sounfont also you dont have to arrange parts of the song its all on one giant thing

i got 8 soundfonts for mpc and i cant be arsed to be going to mpc's folder to change the soundfont, so a made a batch file that will find the currently used sountfont and rename it to it's original name, then give me an option to choose which one to activate, it's realy helpfull, if anyone wants the script for it pm me and i'll pm the instructions, with the script, plz dont mark as spam it took me hours to build and i want to share it with yt, i might upload a vid

and put the electronica soundfont in, and rename it "soundset3.sf2"

You don´t have to open the soundfont file, you just have to place it in the root of your mario paint composer folder and rename it to soundset3.sf2, notice that there´s already a file with that name, which is the "default" MPC soundfont, you may wanna put that file (the default sf) in another folder, after renaming the electronica soundfont you just have to open mario paint composer and the sounds will be replaced with the ones of my soundfont, hope my engRish was clear enough

if u havn't sorted it out, this is what u do...

take out the original "soundset3.sf2" and place it into another location, just remane it, you dont have to move it, then place electronica in and name it "soundset3.sf2"

then start mario paint, you will then have the soundset

There is absolutely no problem with this soundfont, all you had to do is to copy it to your MPC folder and rename the soundfont to soundset3.sf2, I even included a txt file with those instructions, too bad I lost a subscriber, 2400 left.
