  • This looks so good. I sometimes add corn, green chiles and cheese to mine. Have you ever heard of cornbread salad? I received a cookbook from Oklahoma that had several recipes for this. I'd never tried it but was curious so I kinda took what sounded good from several and it was really delicious!

    I hope you and your family are well! They dont sell cornmeal here, i have asked many supermarkets in the past and no one knows what it is! is there anything i could use as an alternative?

  • cast iron is the best for cooking. I feel cooking in the cast iron makes things taste better. I don't think I heard what size your pan was? you just can't beat a good cornbread. Great job! thank you for taking time to do these videos
