Journeyman Pictures must have hired a deaf and blind cigan (gypsy) to do the translation because I can tell you it is almost completely incorrect !!!
Sure Slovakia has had it's share of problems, like all countries but I can tell you that it is more peaceful and stable than most other European nations.

the whole economy changed in the last 8 years or do you think they get the euro for the corruption and criminality? in the city i live in slovakia they build a samsung lcd factory...a half year later sony built a lcd factory and his europe headquarter center for logistic....theres so much work there that the people are comming von romania or ukraine to work there..in 2002 the average earnings was maybe 250€ and it is 700€ wich is not a lot but in this period a big increase

And the funniest information was that from hotel Kyje are yearly stolen over 3000 cars. According to official statistics in Slovakia there are 3,83 persons per registered car (in 2007), so it means 1.43 mil cars per 5.5 mil people.
In Sweden wit population 9.3 mil (according to 2009 census found on wiki) there are 2.2 persons per car meaning 4.2 mil cars.
So the adequate number for car theft should be swedish 14 000 for slovak 5000, so it means that swedish crime rate is actually twice as high when taking number of registered cars into account.
