I've studied gnostic and new age teachings for years before Jesus took over my life. The ideas and concepts in The Shack are not new. Using the 'Holy Spirit' to tell lies is like the biggest no-no in the Bible. Please pray for the Holy Spirit to reveal whether the teachings in The Shack are true or not. There is no 'secret knowledge/wisdom' to know God. To know God you must turn your life over to Jesus. Its not WHAT you know, its WHO you know. That's Christianity. Gospel not in The Shack once.
Also I understand it's not the Bible, and so do many other people. And I do not worship it, instead I read it and used it to see gods perspective and the perspective of others.
The Bible is full of metaphors, do not take it so seriously. Sheesh, stop throwing random quotes in the video, let us watch the damn video. I love this book stop criticizing it. I used it as a tool to lead my life and faith more towards God.
Beware of the slick preacher with exspensive suits and preaching from the false Idol of his wealthy church. What is this man afraid of? I can tell you he is afraid you will stop giving him money. That robs him of his power. He doesnt want you to have the knoledge of What Paul Young has expressed! Nothing more than a personal, loving relationship with your creator, not on this preacher's terms, It is a personal journey.
