  • stupid pax...Passenger have own responsible to check their flight Status,dont always claim to Airlines Company.Some more,Customer is not always right...

  • If Air Asia is effective and professional enough to pick up call, definitely there will be no hassle for passenger. Are u still happy if u already paid for the bus fare that has been offer to u to travel today, but u can’t get on that bus without any reason? Don’t be an uncivilized over here calling people stupid and showing off your ego. I don’t think you have the brain to justify the customer right. Without customer, you will be jobless in Air Asia. Shame on you and pity your mum who raise u.

  • the pax is talking to a liar...good in acting summor...dun noe y airasia hiring tis kind of ppl

  • check the email. they usually send thru email. air asia dont call pessengers.

  • Phone Number and email given during booking sometimes not correct.

    Passenger won't use international prefix for phone number

  • Skytrax already review every low cost airlines in the world than you make unreasonable recording over here. From airlines statistics like Flightglobal and aviationweek, AirAsia has one of the most on time airlines in the world. If you think delay and cancellation are suck, why don't try frustrating hours of waiting and unpleasure attitude at USA or Europe. They do yell at you to scram and don't fly with them. Truly old henks.
