Great job on beating Patchy. Still, even though she might be cheap versus regular fighters, Toma recreated her nearly perfectly from Immaterial and missing power. Can you believe she's actually low-tier in that game? XD

Yeah - I made this before playing IaMP - after having played it I find both Marisa and Patchy are very accurate to their IaMP counterparts - only a few differences exist in them - the only thing I could think that would be good to add would be cancelable projectiles(Probably the only IaMP feature the lack) and a code to allow the opponents to graze through their projectiles(As many newer IaMP characters have).

5 stars. Patchouli is probably the cheapest of Toma's Touhou creations.

I have nothing against the character - but the creator really makes these innocent characters really cheap.
