Where do you think your social security money is invested?
Over the long term, the stock market is a safe bet.
Even if you put your 13.5 percent of your salary each year in the bank at 3 percent interest, you'd still retire on more than if you let the Federal Government handle it.

I don't doubt I can make more investing it myself but most of the time the people who want us to allow private investing are just trying to get their Wall Street buddies more money.

The point is that you'd have the freedom to choose where to invest it.
At present, the politicians in Washington are investing YOUR retirement money into schemes to make their campaign contributors rich.

I use to listen to Randall's radio show in the 90's during the Clinton years with Harley David Belew. very funny! I wrote to RT on his youtube channel and he never wrote me back. I wish he had all that stuff out on cd.
