Probably because the cover artists were embarrassed at having to show us Simon's ass. They threw that sword in there to distract everyone from the fact that mankind's savior and greatest vampire hunter is a streaking pervert.

But, if you're gonna streak, might as well do it while saving the world in a place with no living witnesses..

Simon has killer legs man, he should post a video of his exercise routine. Especially for back in his day, there were no suplements of gyms with sofisticaden machines man, he worked out oldschool. Lifting carts with heavy barrel filled with wine, and pulling shit like a human horse. Maybe it's from so many stairs that he has to go up and down up and down in all his adventures, chicks got in troulbe on purpose just so Simon would rescue them.

This is just awesome. About as awesome as Out of Time and way better than Vampire Killer. Not that Vampire Killer is bad, it´s just so overused..

It just sucks that almost every remake or whatever of this song never got that catchy part, at about 23 secs, right.
