Excellent video. I personally prefer the European manner of serving the salad after the main course, as this aides with digestion. It also prevents your being filled with fiber before the rest of the meal (with so many courses you do not want to fill up too quickly). However, this is still an excellent video.

What is it that decides what fashion you will eat in? Can you chose for yourself, or does it have anything to do with where you are dining/where you are from?

@EdelGarstad i think it has to do more with the where are you eating.... but it's a good question, hope some1 could answer. Now, this is the first time i learn there's an american way. every place i know use european style, in europe itself, asia and south america.
