@bpawka It actually flows more naturally with more wefts. If I use thicker but less wefts you can see my short hair in between the wefts when I shake my head. My hair is fine, so the flatter the wefts the better to blend and conceal with my hair. Heavier wefts put more stress on each row that you clip in and are more damaging especially on fine hair. I have tried many ways of doing this & from years of experience, this is for sure the most natural looking and comfortable I have found.

Mine aren't the same as just a pack of hair you purchase at the store, I re sew them to fit all the way around my head.
