This won't speed up your downloading. When you are downloading a file, you only need to use a DNS server once to get the IP address of the server. After that, you begin the download, and the speed obviously depends on your bandwidth. If you want to speed up your downloads, the best thing to do is ask your ISP how much it costs for higher bandwidth.

Sometimes putting this DNS servers (even though if you already have a fast internet speed connection) can make your internet slower because your internet is too fast.

Just do this if you really have a slow internet connection.

True but OpenDNS pushes 250mbit/sec, I dont think an average person has internet speeds of 250mbit/sec
