i have a question... do you change the motor and the speed control ?? or just the stock motor with the lipo battery ??

@SuperBmwboy, It is the stock motor and ESC. But you have to be carefull, there is no low voltage cutof on the stock speed controller !

if that is all it does with lipos then something needs upgraded or fixed

It is not designed for high speed but for torque and climbing ! And lipos are just here to get more run time !
