we weren't really rolling. i asked rener to demonstrate a technique on me and he chose to do the monkey flip to arm lock. then he decided he wanted to keep rolling and kick my ass ha ha. turn up the volume and you can hear him tell me to come up and keep going.
i have more footage of him kicking my ass at his academy with awesome moves. i'll post it later.
