I can understand the pain you must have indured if still you must try educated your family i too tryed only to be laughed at and be abadoned by my family but my mom and my sister out of state. I was a registered nurse for 2 decades then i to got this monster disease that took my career and all that i loved and thought that loved me. my heart goes out to you because i think you know what i mean when i say all that i thought that loved me, i did not read your book i just now seen you on youtub.
