I've seen some people in the comments say that this version is practically the same...I would have to disagree. This sounds like a completely different recording of Chris's voice, the instruments are mixed differently, some of the melodies are different, etc.

Totally agreed. In fact, many crappy Bond films left great songs behind. Thunderball has a pretty good song sung by Tom Jones. The World is not Enough's one was good too, as were You Only Live Twice, The Living Daylights and From Russia with Love (this one seems to be sung by Sinatra, although it's not him).

Maybe it just sounds different through a cinema sound system, but the orchestral elements were a lot clearer when I saw the movie.
