That being said. Awesome Argentine kick in there at 0:48, great trick 0:13-0:16, wonderful musicality (you hit every pulse and break) and cool style. Tops really.
Robert Royston ooozes with musicality & talent. this should be an instructional video on how to dance at a Jack & Jill competition. he is awesome!! and so is Katie Boyle!
Pretty sure its not choreographed but they must have danced together or know each other. No way he would have transitioned to Argentine Tango 45 secs into it if he didn't know how she might react to it. Very good lead and follow.
Does anyone know what the competition was? They dance together and very little to the crowd, and its such good following that it doesn't look choreographed, yet would they do those neck drops if it weren't choreographed? Does anyone know?
Hey, the two previous comments are both right. That's Robert Royston dancing with Katie Boyle. You should fix the description. I know that I'd want it changed if I was misnamed in a video.
That is Robert & Nicola Royston dancing West Coast Swing - the ideal swing dance for blues! Looks like it is at the Boston Tea Party event but I can't tell what year.
That is Katie Boyle - NOT Nicola Royston.
