You have a point, and it may be legal, but its not right, he should have to share with the person he was with for so long, sex or not, its only polite. this is real life caring for past loves, she was out of her mind with anger and pain over her abrupt dismisal like a job, dispite servicing him or not and prenup or not, that selfish bastard should be made to share, what a horrid human being he is. I don't think sex or the lack of it has anything to do with this. There is a prenuptial agreement, this is more a breach of contract than anything else. And if he needed a reason to execute his 30 day try-before-buying clause, he's got that reason now.

Unfortunately for you and that type of woman, the Tricia-types are ruining it for most marriages because the courts see how men have been treated for years. A prenup is just that, an agreement that if you should not be the type of person that you came across as, and are really a manipulatively spiteful creature, you dont get half of my hard-earned cash, cash that you had nothing to do with. Regardless of who "wanted" to consumate the marriage, it was not consumated. this woman had nothing to do with the creation of this man's wealth, and as such should be given none of what he had prior to the marriage. She should however receive 50% of what was made during the years of the marriage. As long as she hasn't been out whoring it up as well, which I would not bet on.

Now she's posting this extraordinarily unsightly vid because she's near the end of divorce proceedings that have made an entire mockery of HER perception of a marital commitment.
