yeap it is furstration when you cannot go to a place because you do not have it for people with a disablity.
tell that family to make them kids pay for their own college

I dont believe that you had a real co. inspect your building for ADA compliance. I also doubt that you had the building checked OSHA compliance. Fire code compliance maybe that.
After you have done that you should make the company sign a document stating that you are in compliance of that date. That way you have some one to go after.
