a true beast, im changing my rieju drac 98 with a yamaha neos 00 tomorrow, mines tuned and styled, doing about 85km/h, his is 100% original, never tuned, so the engine reliability is good, im buying a ''gianelli silencer'' from a friend for 20 bucks and later on, 70cc, 19mm carburetor, a 16000rpm crank and maybe some other stuff, prolly styling but that'll be later on.

i have a non tuned neos air cooled and it gets to 95 km/h well it has a different exhaust a mechanic put on it to pass he MOT but its not a yasuni or anythin lol but my bike goes fine on air

I can tell you a 45km moped dusnt need watercooling.
