If you have any program that allows you to have more than one video track, you can add any picture (like this one I found on Google Images), and place it over your video. Then just lower its transparency. If that makes no sense then I'm sure there's a tutorial on YT somewhere. :D

And no problem. When you're in the rendering box, there should be options for Template. Just select 6Mbps in the pull down box. And it actually is a big file, so I save it again as 3Mbps for me and delete the 6Mbps once it's finished processing.
