I am not 7 anymore and obviously realized when i was about 10 that wrestling wasn't real which broke my heart :) However when i watch this, that smashing glass intro for Stone Cold still gets to me. It's the musical equivalent of saying 'Shit is about to go down!'

The WWF in 2001 was EPIC! For some reason the WWF in 2001 just had a atmosphere about it every time i watched a RAW, SMACKDOWN or PPV. The in ring work in 2001 was at it's peak and a lot of funny things happened that year too. 1995 to early 2002 was the most popular years in wrestling but for me 2001 stands out the most in that BOOM period in wrestling. 2001 was a crazy year and it went by SO FAST and the 9/11 attacks happened in September of that year also. Michael Jackson came back too.

I don't blame Jim Ross for being unhappy with his move to Smackdown. Michael Cole has no emotion when he speaks. Listen to JR during this clip and you hear true emotion. I have never liked Cole. He is too silent and you hear no emotion in his voice at all. If this is the future voice of the WWE then everyone should be worried.
