0:50 mark you see the two gentlemen enter the elevator in both top and bottom right screens simultaneously.

1:28 mark, the elevator doors open again and the two gentlemen exit the elevator at the bottom right corner, but not at the top right corner.

It's creepy, yes, but it's that one little mistake that gave the whole thing away : )
