I got Full umbra set you DO NOT have to be level 20 to get it. I know this because my character is only level 9. just go to the waterfront and go southwest till you find some ayleid ruins and do an increadebly easy maze and find umbra who took me 15 minuites to kill with a LOT of arrows (stand on one of the pillars)
