I don't know why it's so hard for people to believe that Britney Spears writes her newer music. In fact, Britney is credited for writing music for other artists. There is a french singer who will be singing songs called "State of Grace" and "Grow." You can hear Britney's demo of state of grace on youtube. Also, Annette Artani is not credited for writing this song! Check the credits! Britney spears wrote it.

Actually, I have seen a live video here on YouTube of Everytime live... She does indeed SIT behind a piano, but doesn't play it... I'm not saying she CAN'T (maybe on her CD), but she doesn't actually play it live (she gets up after 1st verse and walks away). I'm really not a fan, but when she want's to, she really CAN sing, she should at least have that much... Glen's version strikes a bigger chord with me (pardon the pun) however, I don't know why.

There is a dvd that shows Britney writing the song. She also came up with the piano portion of the song. Guy sigsworth produced it, with all the other instruments. It shows Britney playing the piano and you can see that she is actually playing. She talks about how she came up with the melody before she started with the lyrics. Britney can really sing. Old videos prove that she has a great voice, she just doesn't use it that often.
