Would you be able to post a tutorial video of how to flare? I've been trying to do it but when I get round to when you flick your leg up to your head, I can't seem to get my bum off the ground :(
@JCreppin Hey think of your hips going forward when you kick and when your legs are in the front swing your hips to the back!!! Think of your hand placements also hip thrusting!!! But soon ill put up a tutorial of how to do a flare!!! Maybe upload a video of yourself and ill let you know! Cool!!! Thanks for checking out the tutorial! PEACE
Good idea!! If we post vids of ourselves doin it u can help us!! I can't seem to get my head around the 2nd step tho :/ I think I need to practise more...
